Here is a recipe for a perfect pie crust recipe from scratch. I have made this pie crust recipe numerous times and it turns out flaky and perfect ever time. This recipe utilizes a combination of butter and lard. This pie crust recipe is perfect for any pie or homemade cobbler. If you do not want to use lard you can substitute with shortening.
