1 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
stir together in a glass bowl and microwave for 4 minutes
add 1 cup peanuts and micro for 3-5 minutes (until syrup is light brown)
add 1 tsp butter, tsp vanilla and addthis to the syrup mix and stir and micro for 1-2 minutes
then add 1 tsp baking soda and stir until light and foamy.
pour onto a lighlty buttered cookie sheet and let cool 1/2 hour
break into small pieces( alittle hint break into pieces over a bag so all the small pieces don't get away from you)
