Mini Old Fashioned Eggnog Bundt Cakes

These Mini Eggnog Bundt Cakes with Eggnog Sugar Glaze are the perfect size for gift giving. Everyone will love this festive holiday treat.
Today I am bringing you another recipe that utilizes the simplicity of a cake mix and the addition of eggnog. These mini cakes are really festive and so flavorful. I love eggnog and I really love trying to come up with new recipes that use eggnog. By far my favorite is my Holiday Eggnog Quick Bread, I have been making it for so long.

I saw this recipe for Old Fashioned Eggnog Bundt Cake on the back of the eggnog carton and it really sounded so good plus I'm always up for new recipes. I have actually made this recipe twice. Once in my new mini Bundt cake pans pictured above, and in a regular large size Flute pan. I prefer baking this recipe in the mini Bundt pans because the cake did not bake as high in the large pan.

I used the Sam's Club Old Fashioned Eggnog. For me the best part of this cake is all that eggnog glaze that is drizzled over the top. If you want something quick or you just have some eggnog that needs to be used up this would be the perfect recipe. This cake is so moist and delicious and now I have added a new recipe to my Christmas baking collection.

While cake is baking prepare the eggnog glaze and set aside.

Cool cakes in the pan for 5 minutes before removing. Then remove and cool completely on a baking rack. Drizzle on eggnog glaze.

Cool completely and wait until the glaze is dry before wrapping or adding to clear treat sacks.

Hi Joan, I loved that pan the first time i saw it. It was at sams club it came with a cake storage and the pan for $22 each bundt cake is about 6 x6 I love how they are all together in one pan. Dh brought it home for me as a early Xmas present. I had to try it out the same day. Ü

These look so awesome and delicious!!! I love the heart shaped pan.

As for the chili sauce, Publix carries it here in the ethnic section.

Thank you so much Steph for the reply. The Heart one is my dd's favorite as well. I thought $22 for the cake pan and cake storage was a awesome deal.

Made as mini bundts (12 to a pan). Recipe yielded 24. Substituted 3 tablespoons of rum for the rum extract and reduced the amount of milk to 1/4 cup. The cakes are very tender and light coming right out of the oven. Simply heaven! A new addition to my holiday favorites.
