May was a pretty crazy month weather wise, so I'm glad June has arrived. Texas just couldn't make it's mind up on what season it was, winter, spring or both. Now that spring is at our back door hopefully things will settle down a bit.
It's summertime and the kids are so excited. There's only 4 more days of school left and they can't wait!!! We've been working on our Summer Bucket List jotting down fun ideas to keep everyone busy. Most folks dread summer when their kids are of school, but I love having my kids around.
Along with June comes the heat of summer, so I'm crossing my fingers that it's not a brutal one. Today I'm sharing my June Menu Plan with y'all. I have incorporated some crock pot meals and outdoor grilling to help keep the house cool. Hopefully you'll find something you like.

I do mine in a list format like I have it on my blog. By doing it in a list I'm not stuck having a certain meal on a certain day. I just look at my list and choose according to schedule, day and what I'm in the mood for.
The homemade pizza looks awesome. If my husband and boys had they're way we'd have pizza every night. I've been meaning to try using yeast and this would be a perfect excuse! :D
I recently made my June menu, too:

Not usually. The only time is if I have enough to make two meals then I can use one as a freezer meal. Other than that I just make the meals as I go. I will check out your menu as well. Thanks for stopping by and commenting.
