Zucchini & Summer Squash Recipes

Good morning everyone! Did you know that today is National Zucchini Day?  To celebrate this fun food holiday I thought I would share my collection of zucchini & summer squash recipes. If you're a Gardner then you're most likely are up to your elbows in summer squash.

When planning our home garden summer squash is the one vegetable that thrives very well, so I try to plant it every year.  By summers end our garden is usually over-flowing with all those green and yellow beauties. 

Now comes the question of what to do with a zillion zucchini and yellow squash? Hopefully today you can find a few recipes that might peak your interest. Some are sweet, some are savory, but  all of them are delicious.
