Stuffed Pepper Casserole at Weekend Potluck #297

Good morning everyone and Happy Friday!!! Yesterday was a sunny 85 degrees and this morning we woke up to a cold and very windy 36 degrees!!! Most people would hate it, but I love the colder temps!!! Today is also Weekend Potluck and we have some delicious recipe features to share with you, so I hope y'all brought your appetite!!! 

The recipe that took the top spot and received the most views at last week's potluck, was Stuffed Pepper Casserole by Brooklyn Farm Girl. I love stuffed bell peppers so this recipe is definitely going on my dinner menu.
