Happy June everyone!!! The sun ☀ is shining, our garden is growing and I am officially out for summer break. I have so many things on my to-do list and now I have plenty of time to get it all done. Our spring garden is starting to produce, so canning season is just around the corner. In fact, I have started canning & freezing a few items already.
This month's menu is planned around what we have popping up in the garden, so there's plenty of squash, green beans, lettuce, potatoes and corn on the menu. We try to eat what's in season as much as possible and preserve the rest so, without further ado, this is what we're eating for the month of June! Click on the title of each meal to get the recipe!
