No Bake Summer Treats


When summer temps in the south reach scorching levels,  the last thing I want to do is turn on the oven. Unfortunately, our sweet -tooth knows no season, so just because it is too hot to bake doesn't mean you still can't enjoy some delicious desserts. There's nothing more refreshing than a cool and creamy no-bake dessert when the sun is beating down. 

So today I am sharing some of my favorite delicious no- bake treats! From ice box cakes, banana pudding, to refreshing pies, frozen treats and no-bake cookies. There is no doubt that the following recipes will help you beat the summer heat all season long. Hopefully, there's something for everyone.


These Old Fashioned Chocolate No Bake Cookies aka Cow Patties or Fudge Cookies are a yummy vintage cookie that's filled with chocolate, oatmeal and peanut butter.

This Easy No Bake Eclair Cake is a simple no bake dessert that's always a crowd pleaser. Use store bought or homemade chocolate frosting.
